Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Field Recruiter at Apollo Pharmacy. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers. Responsibilities also include attending job fairs, networking with industry professionals, and maintaining an up-to-date recruitment database to support staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and hiring skills, with experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and develop recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
