Job Description
Vendor development and BOQ & sundry material ? procurement for HVAC items Formulation of the techno-commercial comparison and issuance of purchase order to the vendor with the lowest bid ? Streaming the justifiable cost analysis to create basis for the procurement and budgeting ? Carrying strategic negotiations over the prices and credit payment terms to successfully close the requisition within permissible threshold ? ? Independently managing the overall direction Coordination and evaluation of procurement/supply chain function for respective job sites ? Saved a lumpsum corpus of 2 Cr (recognized) for the organization on various occasions through cost reduction techniques ? Weekly tracking the progress for the project and addressing any possible discrepancy to the reporting and project manager ? Corresponding with the client DMRC to schedule factory acceptance tests, discuss vendor technical approvals, align site visits etc
