Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach.
• Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line.
• Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins.
• Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.

What We're Looking For:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.
