Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing the disposal and recycling activities, coordinating logistics, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring the quality of operations aligns with organizational guidelines. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics, liaising with clients, and optimizing processes for operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills to oversee field operations and direct team activities effectively
- Proficiency in Operational Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics Management
- Knowledge of Waste Management, Recycling Process, and Compliance Standards such as ISO and R2V3
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tracking and managing field operations
- Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Preferred: Experience in waste management or IT asset re-marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field
