We are building intelligent digital health and AI systems that enable patients, doctors, and healthcare workers to communicate naturally through voice-based, multilingual interactions.
Role Description
We are looking for fast and reliable field operations and language documentation associates who can work at our partner hospitals in multiple locations to explain our software to patients and use medical speech datasets. The work involves listening to medical audio in the Hindi language, writing accurate transcriptions, and translating them into English. You will also help generate or validate the medical text + audio samples for training and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients in using healthcare software at hospital locations
• Listen to Hindi medical audio and transcribe accurately
• Translate Hindi content into clear English
• Maintain data records using MS Excel/Word
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation
Requirements
• Strong Hindi and English language skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Comfortable working on-site in a hospital environment (6 days/week)
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Locations: Mumbai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Vishakapatnam
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on skills & location)
This is a hands-on role requiring strong language skills, fast turnaround, and basic technical comfort with spreadsheets and document tools.
