About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Operations Executives to drive business onboarding, manage field activities, and ensure successful execution of projects across Bengaluru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in sales, field operations, business development, or customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Onboarding & Relationship Management- Identify and onboard new businesses within assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits and present project benefits to business owners.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure businesses complete their assigned operational quotas.
Field Operations- Coordinate and support field activities across assigned locations.
- Monitor productivity, device utilization, and project progress.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns promptly.
- Ensure smooth execution of field operations and compliance with project requirements.
Reporting & Tracking- Maintain accurate daily updates on business pipeline and onboarding status.
- Track completion rates and operational performance.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Ensure all data is updated accurately in company systems.
Skills & Eligibility- 0 – 3 years of experience in Sales, Field Operations, Business Development, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduation or higher qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable conducting cold visits and pitching to business owners.
- Basic smartphone and mobile application proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru locations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable.
- Own smartphone is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Weekly business onboarding targets achieved.
- Device-hours delivered from onboarded businesses.
- Business completion rate.
- Pipeline accuracy and daily reporting compliance.
- Field productivity and utilization metrics.
- Timely issue escalation and resolution.
