Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Field Operations Executive. The Field Operations Executive will oversee daily operational processes, including monitoring fleet management, coordinating rider activities, and ensuring optimal performance. Responsibilities also include supervising operational hubs, tracking key performance indicators, and driving the execution of field processes with efficiency and precision.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with fleet management or logistics is a plus
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery or mobility solutions is an advantage
