Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Operations Associate located in the Pune Division. The Field Operations Associate will support day-to-day site activities, coordinate with client and technicians, and ensure that field work is executed according to established procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring ongoing operations, collecting and reporting field data, identifying basic issues or delays, and assisting in troubleshooting operational problems. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and clients, preparing simple documentation or reports, and contributing to smooth, timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC systems, electrical panels, ovens, UPS systems and plumbing infrastructure
- Ensure timely preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximise the equipment reliability and minimise the downtime.
- Develop, implement and continously improve preventive maintenance schedules for all critical assets.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed as per established SOP's and service standards
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, commercial kitchen equipment and related utilities across multiple locations.
- Provide remote technical guidance and on-site support for equipment breakdowns, system upgrades and operational issues.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring failures.
- Control maintenance expenditure through effective vendor management and strategic sourcing of spare parts and consumables.
- Optimise the inventory levels for critical spares.
- Train, mentor and supervise junior technicians and maintenance staffs.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment history, preventive maintenance schedules, service reports, inventory audits.
- Prepare maintenance records, downtime analysis and performance reports for management reviews.
