Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Operation Coordinator role based in India. The Field Operation Coordinator will oversee and manage field activities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, managing resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key communication link between field teams and other stakeholders. The role involves regularly engaging with farmers, partners, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Field Operations and Operations Management
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise with a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
- Experience in the agriculture or agtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
