Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer for the Surat & Vadodara regions. This full-time, remote role involves conducting field investigations, collecting and verifying necessary documentation for insurance claims, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy. The Field Officer will manage and resolve claims while upholding the standards and values of the company. Other tasks include creating field reports and monitoring claim status to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for accurately collecting and assessing insurance claim documentation.
- Proficiency in conducting investigations, creating detailed reports, and coordinating field operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of risk management and knowledge of the insurance industry, preferably in health, personal accident, and crop insurance policies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, record-keeping, and communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice in the Surat & Vadodara regions.
- Experience with PMJAY or PMFBY policies is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Relevant experience in insurance or investigation work would be advantageous.
