Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Field Officer specializing in security services. The Field Officer will oversee daily operations at various client locations, manage and supervise security staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Key responsibilities include regularly conducting site inspections, addressing client concerns, maintaining accurate operational records, and ensuring the effective implementation of security protocols. The role requires liaising with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with provided services.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and general Finance principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and implement improvements
- Effective Communication skills to liaise between clients, teams, and management efficiently
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in security services or facility management is an added advantage
- Knowledge of local languages and laws is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with preference for additional certifications in security or management
