Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Officer role located in Kota. The Field Officer will be responsible for engaging with rural communities to promote the services of Svatantra Microfin Limited, facilitating loan processes, conducting field visits, and ensuring timely repayment collection. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing support throughout financial activities. Additionally, the Field Officer will maintain documentation and reports while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, record-keeping, and fieldwork
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve client inquiries or challenges
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the community
- Educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or microfinance are a plus
- Previous experience in community engagement or field operations is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and work in rural environments
