Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer with PS Group, based in Bengaluru. The Field Officer will be responsible for field operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks, maintaining and managing client relationships, conducting regular site visits, and implementing company policies at the ground level. This role also involves coordinating with diverse teams to meet operational goals and addressing customer inquiries and concerns to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination
- Basic proficiency in reporting, administrative tasks, and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse field conditions
- Experience in operational planning or customer service roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with the services or industries covered by PS Group is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred
