Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring community-based health programs. Daily responsibilities include liaising with local stakeholders, conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and coordinating health initiatives. The Field Officer will also ensure compliance with organizational standards and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and basic analytics for program evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently on-site and adapt to variable field conditions
- Experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation
- Knowledge of local languages and culture in the Gurugram area is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered
