Job Summary
IDAM is hiring a Field Officer to conduct property visits, verify property details, collect documents, and coordinate with customers and the office team. This role requires regular local travel and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned properties and verify details.
- Capture property photos and videos.
- Collect and submit property-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, property owners, and the office team.
- Submit field visit reports on time.
- Ensure accurate and professional field operations.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus).
- Basic smartphone and Google Maps knowledge.
- Willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
