Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer based in Gurugram. The Field Officer will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, conducting market research, and verifying customer documentation. The role also includes fostering relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing guidance to customers throughout the loan application process. Regular reporting and coordination with internal teams are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in market research, data collection, and customer verification processes.
- Experience in Car, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor Finance
- Ability to handle documentation and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Capability to meet deadlines, multitask, and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly vehicle loans, is an advantage.
- Prior experience in field operations or customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
