Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer based in Salem. The Field Officer will be responsible for outreach activities, maintaining relationships with educational institutions, supporting students with their academic and career-related needs, and conducting regular field visits. The role also involves coordinating events, promoting services, and gathering feedback to improve offerings.
Qualifications
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to plan, organize, and execute field operations effectively
-Customer service and problem-solving skills
-Basic knowledge of education counseling and resource coordination
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
-Capability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
-A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
-Prior experience in an education-focused role or similar field preferred
