Field Executive – Agriculture

🌱 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Executive who will work directly with farmers, educate on soil testing using our SoilLink AI IoT device.
This is not a regular job — it’s a growth + revenue-driven role where you will help farmers adopt modern agriculture technologies and also build your own earning potential.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🚜 Field Operations
Travel across villages (cluster-based visits)
Provide basic agronomy guidance
📊 Farmer Engagement
Build strong relationships with farmers
Educate farmers about soil health & crop suitability
Expand farmer network
💰 Sales & Business Development
Promote SoilLink device to farmers
Identify opportunities for Web Profile & ERP solutions (B2B clients)
💼 Who Should Apply?
✔ Background in Agriculture (BSc Agri / Diploma / Experience, Agriculture Marketing MBA)
✔ Comfortable with field travel
✔ Good communication in Marathi & Hindi
✔ Interest in sales + farmer advisory
✔ Passion for working with farmers and rural ecosystem
