Job details:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to manage on-site operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The role involves frequent travel, site visits, and real-time problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites for measurements, inspections, and project updates
Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide updates
Supervise installation teams and ensure work quality
Handle material delivery and logistics at site
Identify and resolve on-ground issues quickly
Maintain daily field reports and update management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
Any degree / diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English)
Two-wheeler with valid license
Willingness to travel within the city
Basic knowledge of measurements (feet/inches) is a plus
Problem-solving attitude and responsibility
