Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in the Bengaluru South area. The Field Officer will oversee daily security operations, supervise ground-level security personnel, ensure adherence to company protocols, and conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest security and facility management standards. The role also involves addressing on-site challenges, providing training and guidance to staff, and acting as a liaison between clients and the management team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to direct and supervise security personnel effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Awareness of security systems, protocols, and facility management practices.
- Training or prior experience in security or facility management roles is an advantage.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Bengaluru South as part of role responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or management are a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, integrity, and excellence in service delivery.
