Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing security personnel, ensuring smooth operations, conducting regular site visits, and addressing any operational challenges. The role involves sourcing manpower ,coordinating with clients, managing shift schedules, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate field teams
- Knowledge of security operations, compliance regulations, and safety management
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in report writing and record-keeping
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic environments
- Previous experience in security services, facilities management, or a similar field is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field experience is beneficial
- Critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, sourcing manpower, traing the staff.
