Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Officer role based in Surat, Gujarat. The selected candidate will oversee the promotion and sales of the company’s pharmaceutical products in allocated territories, establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate business by meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting regular visits to healthcare providers, understanding customer needs, ensuring market feedback, providing product education, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to execute area-specific promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, and the ability to educate clients on product benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term professional relationships
- Organizational and time management abilities to plan and execute field visits efficiently
- Proficiency in providing market insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor of Science Min 1 Years Experience
