Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning and executing local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales of silver products. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and participating in field promotions, engaging with customers and retailers, collecting market feedback, and supporting lead generation campaigns. The specialist will collaborate with sales teams to align field marketing plans with business goals, monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, and report on key metrics. The role also involves building strong relationships with local partners and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all on-ground activities.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Field Marketing skills to design and implement effective local campaigns.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and support revenue growth.
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or jewelry/silver products marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel locally as needed, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in data tracking and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) is a plus.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
