Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven full-time Field Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Delhi, India. This role involves executing market plans, conducting field marketing activities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential customers. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth and enhancing customer engagement. The individual will also gather market intelligence and provide insights to refine the company’s marketing approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Field Marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives.
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the fragrance, flavor, or seasonings industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
