Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and optimizing customer experience to drive success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients
- Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess market trends and interpret data effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
