Job Title: Manager – GTM Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – GTM Marketing to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and regional go‑to‑market execution for the AI Next Platform. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, and plays a critical part in accelerating adoption of AI Next through high‑impact GTM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute field marketing and demand generation strategies aligned to the AI Next go‑to‑market plan
- Partner closely with sales, alliances, and product teams to drive qualified pipeline and revenue contribution
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across events, webinars, executive roundtables, partner programs, and digital channels
- Design and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic enterprise accounts
- Drive regional marketing programs including industry events, roadshows, trade shows, and partner-led initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, pipeline contribution, and lead quality
- Work with global and central marketing teams to localize messaging and campaigns for the US, EMEA, and APAC markets
- Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality execution
Must‑Have Qualifications & Experience
- 7-9 years of experience in Field Marketing and Lead Generation, preferably in Enterprise Technology / SaaS / AI Platforms
- Proven track record of driving demand, pipeline, and revenue impact through marketing programs
- Strong experience working with sales teams and complex B2B buying groups
- Hands‑on experience in events, ABM, partner marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to track metrics and optimize campaigns
- MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
