Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Marketing Representative based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting flexible packaging solutions, and driving sales growth. Tasks include conducting market research, building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and representing the company's products and services to drive business development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and meeting sales targets are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Marketing, including conducting market research and promoting products
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service to establish and manage client accounts effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions and maintain transparent relationships
- Proven track record in Sales, including meeting targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
