We are expanding our field marketing team and looking for energetic, confident and communication-oriented individuals to join us immediately.
📍 **Location:** Hyderabad & surrounding areas

💼 **Role:** Field Marketing Executive
💰 **Salary:** ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance
📅 **Joining:** Immediate
### What You'll Do
• Visit colleges and educational institutions
• Meet and coordinate with faculty and institutional representatives
• Conduct marketing and awareness activities
• Communicate information clearly to prospective participants
• Build institutional relationships
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly activity targets
• Maintain daily field reports
• Coordinate with the team leader
### What We're Looking For
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Graduate preferred
✅ Confident and outgoing personality
✅ Willingness to travel locally
✅ Basic smartphone & Google Sheets knowledge
✅ Sales/marketing/field experience is a plus
✅ Freshers with good communication skills can apply
### Compensation
**₹15,000 Fixed Salary**
➕ **Performance Incentives**
➕ **Travel Allowance / Travel Incentive**
High performers can earn significantly more based on campaign performance.
