Role Description
Boots India is looking for a Field Marketing Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area.
The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for visiting industrial areas, meeting potential clients, and promoting Boots India safety footwear to factories, construction companies, and other industrial businesses. The company will provide qualified leads, and the candidate will also be expected to perform cold outreach and build new client relationships.
This role involves meeting purchase managers, safety officers, and business owners, presenting product samples, explaining product features, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit industrial areas, factories, and construction sites to introduce Boots India safety footwear
Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into customers
Conduct cold visits and outreach to identify new potential clients
Build strong relationships with purchase managers and safety officers
Present product samples and explain features, certifications, and benefits
Work closely with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience in field marketing, B2B sales, or industrial product sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage field visits across industrial areas
Experience dealing with factories or industrial clients is an advantage
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer needs
