By providing small-scale retailers with an intelligent Merchant Dashboard and innovative "Lucky Draw & Coupon" marketing tools, we help local shops reclaim their footfall and compete with major e-commerce apps. - Fixed Stipend: â‚ą10,000 / month
- Travel Allowance: â‚ą2,000 / month
- Exclusive Lifetime Commission: Earn a 10% recurring commission for every merchant you onboard for as long as they stay active. Build a passive income stream that pays you even after your 3-month internship ends!
đź“Ť Role Overview:
You will be the face of MeeNidhi on the ground. Your mission is to visit local shops, explain how we drive footfall through our "Lucky Draw & Coupon" strategy, and onboard them to our dashboard ecosystem.
đź“ť Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquisition: Visit local shops and onboard them to the MeeNidhi platform.
- Community Engagement: Help shop owners understand how to use our tools to "win big."
- Data Collection: Gather shop details and feedback to help build our merchant dashboards.
- Brand Awareness: Be the local voice for supporting small businesses.
🎯 Requirements:
- Communication: Fluent in Telugu and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Transport: Must have your own two-wheeler for daily travel in Hyderabad.
- Traits: Proactive, persuasive, and ready for the "hustle" of field work.
- Commitment: Full-time availability for 3 months.
⚡ The Selection Process (No boring CVs!):
- Initial Screening: Record and submit two 45-second "Pitch" videos (One in English, one in Telugu) pretending to onboard a shopkeeper.
- Field Trial (1 Day): Shortlisted candidates will visit 3 local shops to fill out an "Interest Form."
