Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bahadurgarh for a Field Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include planning and executing field marketing campaigns, building relationships with clients and partners, identifying market trends, and promoting the company’s travel products and services. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, organizing events, and measuring campaign performance to ensure success. The Field Marketing Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Field Marketing and Campaign Management skills
- Strong ability in Building Client Relationships and Partner Collaboration
- Market Research and Data Analysis experience
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Promotional Activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software (desired)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and adapt to a dynamic marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
