Role Description The Field Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support local marketing initiatives, assist in planning and executing field campaigns, and help generate leads through outreach activities such as events, visits, and direct customer interactions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team, distributing marketing materials, gathering market and customer feedback, and maintaining records of campaign performance. The role also involves supporting market research, reporting on activities, and communicating insights to the marketing and sales teams to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Field Marketing to support the design and execution of on-ground campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects, support conversions, and track lead quality.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and present information clearly.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and the energy sector is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, adapt to field conditions, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting is an advantage.
