We are hiring a Territory Sales Executive (Field Sales Leadership Role) responsible for direct market sales and revenue generation. This is not an inside sales or desk-based role; the candidate must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and on-ground sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive field sales strategy and execute direct client acquisition.
- Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Take ownership of revenue targets and overall sales performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead and mentor a field sales team.
- Identify market opportunities and expand Happycoin’s presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation support.
