ABOUT THE COMPANY -
QI Spine is India’s leading non-surgical spine care clinic chain, helping patients overcome back and neck pain without surgery. We are looking for energetic, field-driven professionals to drive patient outreach and build strong doctor relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Visit doctors (GPs, orthopadics, neurologists) to build referral partnerships
- Generate patient leads through on-ground (BTL) activities like camps, society activations & corporate tie-ups
- Plan and execute health camps and awareness events
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clinic visits
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors and local partners
- Track daily activities and leads in CRM
KEY TARGETS-
- 15+ doctor visits/week
- 60+ leads/month
- 4+ marketing activities/month
- Consistent conversion of leads to clinic walk-ins
REQUIREMENTS-
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0–4 years in field sales/marketing/healthcare (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (70–80% field role)
- Two-wheeler with valid license
