Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales / Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and developing strong relationships in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers in industries such as bottled water, beverages, edible oil, FMCG, and food products
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities
- Introduce the company’s PET bottles, jars, and preforms to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and packaging buyers
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, and dispatch
- Monitor competitor activities and market demand in the packaging industry
- Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
- Experience in packaging, plastics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
- Self-motivated and target-driven
