Role Description
As a Field Marketing Executive at Diarch Go, you will focus on executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and building strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness. Responsibilities include planning and implementing promotional campaigns, identifying market trends, collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, and engaging with local communities to increase brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, customers, and team members effectively
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to execute and achieve business goals
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to meeting targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in field marketing or a similar role, particularly in the retail or logistics sector, is a plus
