About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Market Research Intern to work directly with the founder of an early-stage startup.
This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you will visit malls, streets, cafés, restaurants, and local shops to conduct customer surveys and gather real market insights.
If you enjoy meeting people, understanding consumer behavior, and being part of a startup journey from the ground level, this is a strong opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Visit malls, markets, streets, and local shops across Pune
Approach customers, shop owners, and visitors professionally
Get survey forms filled by target users
Collect accurate customer feedback and market insights
Record responses digitally or on provided survey sheets
Share daily progress updates with the founder
Help identify customer pain points and market trends
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with strangers in public places
Confident and presentable personality
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic smartphone usage for survey collection
Must be based in Pune or nearby areas
