Role Description The Field Manager role at Helloverify is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Patna Area. The Field Manager will oversee day-to-day field operations, including coordinating and supervising verification executives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of address and document checks, and maintaining high-quality standards across all field activities. This role involves planning daily routes and workloads, resolving on-ground operational issues, and acting as a primary contact between the field team and central operations. The Field Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and data protection guidelines. The role also includes training and mentoring field staff, preparing regular reports on productivity and compliance, and supporting client requirements related to field verifications.
Qualifications
- Strong field operations and team management skills, including supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring of on-ground staff.
- Experience in coordinating address verification or similar field-based processes, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality control.
- Proficiency in using mobile and GPS-enabled tools, digital forms, and basic office software to manage field workflows and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, internal stakeholders, and occasionally clients.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to data security and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in operations, logistics, or field management is preferred.
- Prior experience in background verification, logistics, or similar field-intensive industries in the Greater Patna Area or nearby regions is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work, local travel as needed, and flexibility to manage peak workloads and shifting priorities.
