Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli for a Field Manager at Arise Investments and Capital Pvt. Ltd. The Field Manager will oversee and manage field operations, including supervising field staff, monitoring loan disbursements, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the timely collection of repayments. The Field Manager will also analyze operational performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and address customer needs to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage field teams effectively
- Experience in monitoring loan disbursements and collections processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial products, microfinance principles, and community-based financing
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage challenges in field operations
- Proficiency in local languages (spoken and written) and familiarity with the local region is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in field operations or microfinance is preferred
- Ability to work independently and contribute to organizational goals proactively
