Role Description

NR Switch-N-Radio Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Field Maintenance Engineer for a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, ensuring systems operate at optimal efficiency, and addressing technical issues. The engineer will participate in regular inspections, maintain detailed service records, and collaborate with the broader maintenance team to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair processes
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and implementing proactive measures
• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling relevant tools and devices
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in the telecom industry or related sectors is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site and handle operational challenges independently
