Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai for a Field Human Resources Recruiter. As a Field Human Resources Recruiter, you will take charge of sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles as per organizational needs. Your daily activities will include developing recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and collaborating with HR teams to identify and onboard top talent. Additionally, you will maintain staffing databases and track recruitment metrics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment software
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
