Position: Field HR
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary
The role involves managing bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and workforce operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk hiring for frontline roles (F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Utility, Front Office)
- Drive campus recruitment through college coordination, campus drives, and selection processes
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and recruitment tracking
- Oversee labour camps across Pan India, including workforce deployment and issue resolution
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
- Execute and monitor activity calendars for restaurant operations
- Collaborate with NGOs and external partners for blue-collar workforce hiring
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or facility HR
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and field HR
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
