Position: Fundraising Field Team Leader (TL)
Location: Mulund West
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Job Type: Full-time (1 rotational weekly off)
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a fundraising team
* Interact with people and clearly explain the organisation’s cause
* Motivate team members to achieve daily & monthly fundraising targets
* Build and maintain strong donor relationships
* Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of donor records
* Share regular performance reports and team updates
Skills Required
* Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Confident, polite & people-friendly personality
* Target-oriented and team-driven mindset
