Job Role:
We are looking for a Field Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and mobilizing blue-collar candidates from the field. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication and on-ground networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local areas, labor markets, and hotspots to source candidates
Conduct initial screening and explain job roles to candidates
Coordinate with tele-calling team for follow-ups and onboarding
Ensure candidates reach the job location and complete joining
Build local vendor/agent network for continuous hiring
Maintain daily reports of sourcing and joining status
Support bulk hiring requirements as per client demand
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/ Graduate
Experience in field recruitment or sales preferred
Good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Mandatory Requirements:
Two-wheeler (Bike)
Valid Driving License
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/month
