About the Role
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Field Executive Interns who will play a key role in gathering first-hand political intelligence from the ground. This internship offers hands-on exposure to political research, campaign execution, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong research aptitude, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct political intelligence collection through telephonic surveys and on-ground sample collection.
- Assist in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring end-to-end political campaigns.
- Support engagement and coordination with political stakeholders, cadres, and volunteers.
- Track voting patterns, demographics, and policy developments to generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reporting of research findings and campaign updates.
Requirements
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible work hours.
- Willingness to relocate and travel across different geographies when required.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic situations with a proactive approach.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Forms and digital data collection tools.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
