The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Generate residential and commercial solar leads in assigned areas.
* Visit customer sites and conduct initial assessments.
* Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidy schemes, and net metering.
* Collect required documents from customers.
* Coordinate with the design and technical team for quotations.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain daily visit and lead reports.
* Build relationships with local electricians, contractors, builders, and property consultants.
* Support installation and customer onboarding processes.
* Attend marketing events, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
Requirements
* Graduate/Diploma preferred.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Own bike and valid driving license.
* Experience in solar, electrical, insurance, telecom, or field sales preferred.
