Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Field Executive will be responsible for visiting client locations, understanding their branding and marketing requirements, and presenting suitable products and services such as corporate gifting, merchandising, and printing solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal design, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and maintaining strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records of visits, preparing basic reports, and providing feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications
- Proven fieldwork experience in sales, client servicing, or business development, preferably in advertising, marketing, printing, or corporate gifting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Basic understanding of branding, merchandising, digital marketing, and printing solutions, or willingness to learn quickly on the job.
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling within the Pune Division; two-wheeler and valid driving license are highly preferred.
- Proficiency with smartphones, email, and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for reporting and communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
