Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Executive located in Jamnagar. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing field activities, interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of company objectives, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the role includes creating operational reports, coordinating with team members, and providing support for the on-ground execution of strategies. The Field Executive will play a critical role in promoting organizational products and building relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to execute operational strategies and meet goals effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the agriculture, chemicals, or related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Willingness to work on-site in Jamnagar and travel as required
- Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
