About the Role:
As a Field Executive – Brand Promoter, you will be the face of the brand on the ground. You will engage directly with potential customers, create awareness about our products/services, and drive conversions at retail outlets, events, kiosks, and partner locations. This is an exciting, people-facing role ideal for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
• Represent the brand at assigned locations including retail stores, malls, colleges, events, and exhibitions.
• Conduct live demonstrations and product presentations to attract and engage target audiences.
• Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, samples, and merchandise.
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:
• Interact with walk-in customers and passers-by to create interest and generate qualified leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Collect customer details and feedback forms for follow-up by the sales team.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) including footfall count, leads generated, and conversions.
• Share real-time updates and photos from the field via designated apps/communication channels.
• Escalate ground-level issues or competitor activities to the reporting manager promptly.
Specification:
• Minimum: 10+2 (HSC) passed.
• Preferred: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in any stream.
Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers and candidate looking for internship can also apply – comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualification:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage strangers.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication apps.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during field activations.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned zone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Regional language proficiency is an advantage (in addition to Hindi/English).
