Role Description
This is a full-time, field role for a Field Executive. The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging with local stakeholders, onboarding users to the BharatSetu platform, and providing training on its functionalities. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, organizing community outreach programs, addressing user queries, and ensuring smooth operations at the village level. The role demands close coordination with the central team, regular reporting, and a focus on strengthening the digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build trust and effectively engage with rural communities
- Experience in organizing field activities, onboarding users, and conducting community engagement programs
- Basic understanding of technology and digital tools, with the ability to train users unfamiliar with digital platforms
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities, including maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
- Adaptability to field conditions and a commitment to working with rural populations
- Fluency in Hindi and/or local languages; knowledge of regional dialects is an advantage
- Prior experience in rural or community development is a plus
- High school diploma is required.
